New years resolutions are so pointless to me because if you really wanted to make a change in your diet or you mindset you wouldn’t wait for next week, next month or next year, not even tomorrow. You would start then and there because when you want something badly enough you make it happen right here right now and you would do it before anyone tells you not to. Do you understand why I find them pointless now? If your going to make a goal for the year make it something that you actually want to do and wont have such a hard time doing like fixing the way you see the world or reading a book every two weeks, because it honestly sucks when you feel bad about yourself just because you didn’t accomplish your new years resolution that would be impossible to accomplish in the first place. I’m not saying be boring this year, just make wise goals and build yourself up from there.
