I was just watching a video on buzzfeed, and the employees were doing a challenge where they journal for a month straight and it made me realize, there are so many challenges that can help you become a better person. Since their is a thing called new year new me, why not take it even further and try to be a better you with these 5,  thirty day challenges?!
1. Waking up Earlier

2. Working out everyday 

3. Only drink water 

4. Write in a journal and meditate for 30 minutes 

5. If your a blogger try blogging everyday. Or if your not leave your phone at home every once in a while.
