How To Boost Your Normal Workout Routine

 

I don’t know about you but I get soooo bored with my normal workout routine. Running on the treadmill then doing a thirty minute toning or cardio workout can get so boring, no matter how many Rihanna or Beyonce albums I play.

But it’s okay because even though It’s fun to feel like your one of the fitness girls on Instagram while you lifts weights and do endless butt workouts. One has to finally go outside and breathe in some fresh air sometimes.


Sooooo I decided to go outside for a while…. Which slowly turned into an hour and it was great. Honestly even though my legs hurt and I got a bug in my mouth then we had to carry around gulf clubs because of coyotes but you know. 🤗


And I’m definatly going to add hiking into my workout
