Whenever I am upset I have a horrible habit of either bundling my emotions in and or just supposing them. But instead today I wrote a blog post and shortly after grabbed my camera and just walked and made sure to capture and tape what I filmed. even though these are sights I see all the time I made sure to seriously capture the beauty of all of them. While doing this not only am I working out literally my emotions but I’m in a way capturing them too. In many ways I know I am not alone in capturing my energy good or bad and compressing it. Yes this can be really un healthy but will people who have the same problem I do I feel like one should find a way to transfer all that hurt or anger into something else. Whether that is working out, photography or blogging it can eventually be made into something beautiful like I did in my captures.
